I may know this tower, do you have a picture of it?
Sorry, I have no photo of it, it is too small and too distant to be photogenic. Close up it's featurelss and still unphotogenic. It looks a bit like an old wooden spinning top, put upside down. It is white so is seen for a long distance. It was painted pink by some pranksters, I think that was last Christmas, but that has been corrected.
